We want you to love your artwork, but if you're not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Due to the unique and handmade nature of original paintings, all sales are final.
However, we understand that situations may arise. We will accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The artwork arrived damaged during shipping.
- The item you received is not what you ordered.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
If your item is eligible for a refund, we will notify you once your return is approved and processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged Items
If your painting arrives damaged, please:

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, all sales are considered final.
Custom or Commissioned Paintings
Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.
